Are you ready to make a real difference to people’s lives? Lincolnshire County Council’s Connectto Work programme is seeking a dedicated Contract Officer to join our growing team. This government-funded initiative tackles worklessness in Greater Lincolnshire, aligning employment, training, and health activity to ensure participants can access meaningful, sustainable work.

In this role, you will provide operational support to the Senior Contract Manager, managing a caseload of delivery organisations, monitoring performance, and implementing improvement measures to ensure programme objectives are met.

You will develop and maintain strong partnerships with community organisations, health providers, and businesses, supporting programme growth and participant engagement across the region.

You will also play a key role in delivering a rolling programme of continuous professional development for delivery partners, ensuring high-quality provision and continuous improvement across the Connectto Work programme.

This role can be undertaken as a secondment. Please ensure your line manager is aware if you are applying for this role as a secondment opportunity.
