Job Title: Contract Mechanical Design Engineer

Contract Mechanical Design Engineer

6 –12 month contract (rolling)

Opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer with Inventor or SolidWorks experience to undertake a varied long–term contract.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with a solid background in Inventor or SolidWorks to work on a New Product Development project, undertaking detailed conceptual design and supporting the complete project life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Mechanical Design of New Product Development (complete product Life–cycle)
• Undertake detailed designs using 3D CAD (SolidWorks or Inventor)
• Concept Generation
• Produce Documentation to support Development
