Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management or surveying within construction or home adaptation sectors.
• Experience working with NHF Schedule of Rates (SORs).
• Understanding of disability design principles and the Equality Act 2010 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health & Safety and obtain necessary permissions.
• Prepare and price tenders using Schedules of Rates.
• Manage valuations and final account agreements.
