Job summary

A leading passive fire protection specialist is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee projects with complete P&L responsibility. The role involves collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Ideal candidates will manage site documentation and project programmes while working alongside a Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities

  • Full P&L responsibility of projects from receipt of order to final account stage.
  • Producing project site files, incorporating all relevant site documentation.
  • Application of project programme timescales, building the programme of works for production.
  • Assessment of all sub-contractor H&S documentation.
  • Preparation and collation of Principal Contractor H&S documentation.
  • External Stakeholder Management with property team and other interested parties.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management with the board and preparing senior management reports.

Duties
  • Full P&L responsibility of projects from receipt of order to final account stage
  • Producing project site files, incorporating all relevant site documentation
  • Application of project programme timescales, building the programme of works for production
  • Assessment of all sub‑contractor H&S documentation, including client employed contractors
  • Preparation and collation of Principal Contractor H&S documentation
  • External Stakeholder Management – Client site progress meetings with property team and project Interested parties, safety consultants, designers, local authority, or property tenants
  • Internal Stakeholder Management – Weekly labour and production review meetings reporting to the board and preparing senior management reports for weekly client SMT updates
