Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant management experience preferably within the fencing industry.
• Knowledge of Security Fencing, Gates, Hoarding, etc.
• Experienced in effectively leading teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and accurate forecasting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams.
• Ensure work is installed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Work closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively.
• Manage projects ranging from GBP5k through to GBP1 million.

About the Role

• Oversee both directly employed and external subcontract teams
• Ensuring work is installed safely, on time, within budget whilst maintaining exceptional standards
• Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager to run projects effectively
• Managing projects ranging from GBP5k through to GBP1 million +

About the Candidate

• Minimum of 5 year s relevant management experience preferably within the fencing industry
• Knowledge of Security Fencing/ Gates/ Hoarding etc
• CSCS/SMSTS would be an advantage
• Experienced in effectively leading teams
• Effective influencing, negotiating skills
• Estimating to effectively capture all variations
• Knowledge managing project, with a strong commercial acumen
• Accurate forecasting
• Excellent organisational skills
