Job summary

LA International is seeking a Contract Manager to join their commercial team, delivering critical services across the UK. This role sits at the heart of major customer accounts, helping to manage contract changes, service transitions and governance.

You will work with operational, technical and finance teams to assess the impact of customer requests, support decision-making, and ensure the contract remains commercially sustainable.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract, commercial or bid management within a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of contract governance and change control.
• Ability to analyse commercial and financial impacts of contractual changes.
• Strong written communication, reporting and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Managing contractual and commercial activities across complex contracts
• Reviewing service changes, transition plans and exit requests
• Assessing commercial, operational and financial impacts
• Working with delivery, engineering, finance and programme teams to coordinate responses
• Producing reports, impact assessments and governance updates
• Building strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders
