The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a leadership role within the construction or utilities sector, and must hold relevant qualifications such as IOSH and possess extensive knowledge of NEC contracts. Clancy are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our Scottish Water framework. You will manage, monitor and resource contracts specific to Sewer Services workstream to maximise output, profit and control costs, in accordance with pre-determined Health, Safety and Environment regulations. You will maintain quality workmanship of all jobs in progress and demonstrate an understanding of all aspects of the Clancy Group activities, working closely with the client to achieve KPIs/ODIs.
Significant experience of a leadership/managerial role from within the construction or utilities industry with demonstratable knowledge of CCTV, Jet Vac and patching along with NRSWA.
An IOSH qualification and ILM Level or equivalent, and extensive experience of managing P&Ls of varying sizes, along with significant understanding of NEC contract forms and commercial awareness.
