Contract Manager

Permanent position with salary 70k-75k+ package in West Yorkshire.

Overview

Our client is a medium‑sized regional main contractor delivering design‑and‑build projects in the retail, industrial and commercial sectors. Due to increased contract wins they need a Contract Manager to join their management team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage up to three large‑scale industrial new‑build projects ranging from £5 million to £15 million.
  • Ensure project management and on‑site delivery run smoothly to time and budget.
  • Read drawings and follow CDM regulations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service.
  • Promote health and safety practices and maintain relevant qualifications.
  • Provide accurate paperwork, documentation and organisational support.
  • Collaborate with engineering and civil teams on design‑and‑build projects.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous experience delivering education and commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering industrial or shed‑type projects.
  • Civil engineering or design‑and‑build experience highly desirable.
  • Engineering background advantageous.
  • Computer literacy and strong paperwork skills.
  • Valid health and safety qualifications preferred.
Requirements
  • Live within the West Yorkshire region.
  • Permanent contract.
