Contracts Manager – Structural Division

Location: Grimsby

Type: Full‑time

We are looking for experienced Contracts Managers to join our growing Structural team at Blackrow Group.

As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both our workshop and project teams, managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring every contract runs efficiently from concept to completion.

This role requires a strong on‑site presence, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure all aspects of project engineering, from initial scope, budget development, and design through to fabrication, installation, and final handover documentation, are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Oversee multiple contracts across various industries, ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Lead projects from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring time, cost, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical and commercial input throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate closely with workshop and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain clear communication channels across all project stakeholders.
About You
  • Proven track record in project or contract management, ideally within the structural or engineering sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, with attention to detail.
  • Competent in managing multiple clients and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Confident IT user with strong organisational and reporting skills.
  • Able to demonstrate relevant qualifications and industry experience.
