Job summary

Medpace is seeking a Contract Manager for its Clinical Operations team in London. This office-based role will support end-to-end CSA processes for global trials and develop strategic, country-specific CSA templates in collaboration with sponsors and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have a life-sciences or legal/business background, 3+ years in management, and strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life-sciences, law or business.
• Clinical Trial experience is required.
• 3+ years of management or oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the CSA process for global, multi-site trials.
• Develop CSA strategy with Sponsor and internal stakeholders.

• Present progress to stakeholders and ensure deliverables meet timelines.

Our clinical operations activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a Contract Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in London. Please note this is an office-based position. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the clinical study agreement (CSA) process for global, multi-site clinical trials
• Develop the study-specific CSA strategy with the Sponsor and internal stakeholders
• Develop country-specific CSA templates
• Present progress to internal and external stakeholders ensuring deliverables are met within agreed upon timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life-sciences or relevant legal or business field;
• Clinical Trial experience;
• CRO experience preferred;
• International Contract and budget negotiation experience;
• 3+ years of management or oversight experience;
• Ability to effectively influence others;
• Exceptionally strong communication skills;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
