We're looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a mix of commercial and residential projects across Essex through to Cambridge. This is a varied role offering something a little different from typical social housing work - ideal for someone who enjoys managing diverse projects and leading strong site teams.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Projects include:

• Planned maintenance for care homes
• Ventilation upgrades in tower blocks
• Domestic extensions
• School and university refurbishments
• Occasional social housing projects when quieter

You will oversee a team including a Project Manager and Supervisors, ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining excellent client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager
