Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Contract Manager to oversee maintenance painting contracts within the social housing sector across Hampshire. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a solid background in the painting and decorating trade.

About the Role

As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple planned maintenance painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You\'ll oversee site teams, manage client relationships, and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of maintenance painting contracts in social housing
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and compliance
  • Liaise with housing associations, residents, and stakeholders professionally
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Ensure all works meet health & safety and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor quality control and resolve any site-related issues
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Contract Manager (or similar role) in the social housing or maintenance sector
  • Strong knowledge of painting & decorating within planned maintenance contracts
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Experience managing multiple sites and teams
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant trade or construction management qualifications (desirable)
