Contract Manager (Soft FM Services)

📍 Location: Tulse Hill, London (covering Brixton, Streatham & Croydon)

💼 Contract Type: Permanent

💰 Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

🕒 Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm)

🚐 Benefits: Company van & fuel card provided

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the delivery of our Soft FM services across multiple sites in South London. You will manage contracts covering cleaning, grounds maintenance, and bulk waste collection, ensuring every service meets our high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple sites to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to contract standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site inspections to uphold Health & Safety compliance.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and performance of on‑site staff and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with clients, residents and housing officers through regular walk‑abouts and feedback sessions.
  • Take ownership of budgets and financial performance, including full P&L accountability.
  • Respond swiftly to incidents, hazards or service issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience managing Soft FM services (cleaning, grounds maintenance, waste management).
  • Strong budget management and contract delivery experience, ideally across multiple sites.
  • Excellent understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards.
  • Confident communicator with strong leadership and relationship‑management skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualification (advantageous).
