• Location: South London (Travel to Brixton, Streatham, and Croydon required)

Join one of our esteemed clients as a Contract Manager, where you will manage the Soft Services including cleaning, bulk collection, and grounds maintenance across multiple sites. This role is crucial in ensuring that services are delivered to high standards, on time, and within budget. You will be part of a Soft FM team, dedicated to maintaining community assets to the highest standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the recruitment and training of staff, managing budgets and performance, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, regular audits, and supervise operations to maintain high standards.
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with contract specifications, KPIs, and site-specific Health and Safety plans.
• Conduct local walkabouts and interface with residents and housing officers.
• Manage the contract budget, ensuring expenditures remain within budget.
• Address incidents or hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Handle feedback and service escalations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
