Carbon60 is seeking a talented individual to join their Broughton based client as a Contract Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a crucial role and contribute to the success of a thriving organisation.

This is a contract position running until October 2026 offering both PAYE and Umbrella hourly rates inside IR35.

  • £24.73 per hour PAYE
  • £33.09 per hour Umbrella
Responsibilities
  • Ensure robust governance processes are in place to monitor the performance of the Contract Manager role and challenge both the contractor and the company to safeguard Health, Safety and Environmental performance
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure that the commercial arrangements accommodate them, developing and deploying effective KPIs and governance to protect customer needs
  • Implement and manage scorecards and performance measurements, delivering continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People
  • Scrutinise, challenge and authorise service provider invoices, managing their compliance with Ethics and Compliance requirements
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Procurement and ensure that all procurement processes are adhered to
Qualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial arrangements and governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
  • Proficient in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and a good working knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
