A leading building solutions company in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contracts across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of contract management experience and a Level 4 qualification in a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. For the successful Contract Manager our client is offering:

  • GBP50,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Core Hours: Mon Fri 8am 5pm

The Role: Contract Manager
  • Overseeing contracts across multiple sites
  • Ensuring service delivery meets client requirements
  • Managing engineering teams and subcontractors
  • Full P&L accountability for portfolio of sites
  • Building and maintaining client relationships
  • Driving business growth within existing accounts
  • Overseeing staff onboarding, training, and development
  • Following health & safety regulations and company policies
What our client is looking for in a Contract Manager
  • 3 years contract management experience ESSENTIAL
  • Level 4 qualification in related field ESSENTIAL
  • Strong leadership and team management skills ESSENTIAL
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined maintenance services ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills ESSENTIAL
  • IOSH Managing Safely (or similar) DESIRABLE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office ESSENTIAL
