The Opportunity

One of our FM clients are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Contracts Manager to join our team in Belfast. This is a key leadership role responsible for the successful delivery and performance of repair and maintenance contracts across the region. You\'ll oversee operational teams, manage client relationships, and ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget — all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Contract Supervisors and site operatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee the delivery of repair and maintenance contracts to ensure contractual obligations, quality, and safety standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational matters.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximising profitability.
  • Provide regular performance, progress, and financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for contract growth, extensions, or new business, supporting tenders and bids where required.
  • Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
About You

We\'re looking for a confident, experienced professional with the technical know-how and leadership skills to manage multiple contracts and teams effectively.

  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Site Supervision, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the repairs, maintenance, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practice.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS (Black or White card) essential.
  • Proficient in IT and project management tools.
  • Full UK driving licence.
