Job summary

Role Summary:
  • Responsible for the contract management of staff, operation, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical plants/services, project works, and building performance.
  • Manage the Engineering team daily, ensuring compliance with CBRE disciplinary processes and procedures.
  • Complete weekly operations reports for the client and attend weekly operations meetings, client meetings as required.
  • Develop financial plans for contracts focusing on revenue, profit, cost reduction, and growth, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all operational activities and foster strong relationships with key client contacts.
  • Communicate effectively through advice, reviews, leadership, and participation in management meetings, briefings, forums, reports, and publications.
  • Create a learning environment with appropriate training and development plans, ensuring staff are competent and reaching their potential.
