Overview

Contract Manager

Location: Broughton (minimum 60% onsite)

Contract: 6 months (potential extension)

Hours: 35 hours per week

Pay Rate: £30.00 per hour PAYE / £40.00 per hour Umbrella

Security Clearance: BPSS

Travel: Potential for travel once per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to coordinate and deliver contract management across UK sites. You\'ll work closely with Site Leads and commodity leads for Hard and Soft Services, ensuring contract deliverables, KPI analysis, and best practice implementation. This role supports improvements in supply chain management governance, contract novation, and CAFM support.

Responsibilities
  • Support Technical Facility Services and General Services to review, deliver, and monitor service delivery to meet customer requirements.
  • Complete supplier KPIs in line with contractual obligations and processes, including change control management.
  • Monitor and manage change controls and support contract development through performance management (new, revised, or novated contracts).
  • Lead/support monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reviews.
  • Act as the UK focal point for Central FM&RE SCM.
  • Interface with site teams and finance to ensure budget management and risk/opportunity capture.
  • Ensure completion of weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Lead UK tenders within the services perimeter.
  • Integrate new sites or service requirements, aligning with FM&RE UK strategy and lease agreements.
  • Manage service providers to agreed KPIs and contractual obligations.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and subject matter expertise within your area of responsibility.
About You
  • Significant supplier contract management experience (experience valued over qualifications).
  • Facilities management experience.
  • Asset management experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligible for BPSS security clearance.
