We’re seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Contract Management Officers to join our Schools Public Private Partnership (PPP) Contracts Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with schools, project companies, and facilities management providers to ensure our PPP contracts deliver value, compliance, and excellence—both now and as they approach expiry.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the Council’s representative and advocate for schools in all PPP contract matters.
  • Ensure effective delivery, monitoring, and administration of contracts across the school estate.
  • Support the Council’s strategic approach to the expiry of PPP contracts, including planning and transition activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and navigate competing priorities with professionalism and tact.
  • Identify opportunities for savings and efficiencies in contract delivery and procurement.
  • Monitor budgets, manage payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Administer and record contract variations in line with detailed specifications.
