Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Law or Finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend training sessions to learn the drug development process and how clinical research is planned, conducted, and reported.
• Familiarize yourself with tools and processes used to develop/update budgets and contracts for clinical studies.
• Use Salesforce.com for status reporting and data entry as directed.
• Support local team to ensure SFDC compliance (review reports and follow up as needed).
• Shadow drafting of contractual documents (Start-up Agreements, Clinical Services Agreements, Change Orders).
• Assist with budgeting and contracting activities and learn strategy behind clinical operations.
