Qualifications

• Proven experience of managing a small team and working to agreed targets.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of a team of up to five staff.
• Review daily performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Skills

Leadership and team management
