Job summary

A dynamic engineering firm in the UK is seeking a Junior Vehicle Integration Engineer. As part of a fast-growing team, you will support the Lead Engineers in delivering propulsion efficiency and fuel economy across various vehicle programs. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Automotive Engineering, knowledge of vehicle efficiency physics, and experience in vehicle fuel economy declarations. This role is offered on a contract basis and is based in Warwickshire.

Qualifications

• Must understand the physics behind vehicle efficiency.
• Experience with reading, interpreting, and writing requirements and standards.
• Driving Licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Lead Engineers to define robust attribute targets.
• Supports achieving Propulsion Efficiency attribute targets.
• Contributes to vehicle-level testing at various stages.

Skills

Understanding of vehicle efficiency physics

Significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of standards reading

Driving Licence

Experience in vehicle fuel economy declarations

Fundamentals of statistics

Education

Degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent
