Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an administrative assistant for their Insurance Department to assist with duties related to motor and general insurance. Candidates must have at least GCE 'O' level and 2 years of experience. Strong customer service skills and insurance knowledge are crucial. The position offers a monthly salary of $2,800 – $3,000. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Insurance Department with administrative duties.

  • Manage customer inquiries through emails and calls.
  • Process insurance documentation.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job description
  • $2,800 – $3,000 per month
  • Working Location: Alexandra Road
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday & 1 Saturday per month
  • Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 6.15pm & Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm (Once per month)
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Insurance Department with administrative duties on motor and general insurance.
  • Handles motor insurance sales.
  • Liaise with insurance companies and internal/external customers with regards to new/renewal quotations and issuance.
  • Proper updating of transactions into system accurately and keeping up-to-date records.
  • Compliance with industry practice for documentation and records.
  • Manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate to process insurance documentation.
  • Display ethical conduct and practice in all business dealings.
  • Maintain high service standards and accuracy in policy documentation.
  • Ensure requirements of the customer and the company are met.
  • Any other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' level cert and above with 2 year(s) of working experience in the similar role / related field.
  • Candidates with Certificate in General Insurance (BCP,Comgi,PGi) will have an added advantage.
