Overview

Our Technology Consulting team specialises in assisting our clients to achieve maximum value from their technology and their IT operations and enabling the optimal use of technology and IT capital for public and private sector organisations, agile SMEs and private equity investors. Technology facilitates insight, efficiency and control in businesses to drive performance. Inevitably as technology has developed, information and efficiency have become intertwined with the entire business life cycle and eco‑system. Joining the Agile Talent Community as an Information Technology Consultant to support a series of high‑impact M&A integration and separation projects. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver IT due diligence, planning, and execution across a range of sectors. You will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part‑time within the Technology Consulting team and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium‑term assignments.

Key Responsibilities and Experience
  • Proven experience as a hands‑on delivery consultant acting as the technology lead in M&A projects
  • Track record of delivering technology consulting for M&A, including post‑merger integration and carve‑out projects
  • Expertise in IT due diligence, integration, and separation planning across pre‑deal to execution stages
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise IT landscape, including IT operating model design
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments and communicate effectively across business and technical teams
  • Solid working knowledge of IT infrastructure and its role in M&A delivery
  • Familiarity with TSA negotiation, Day‑1 planning, and synergy tracking is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in remote settings with occasional client site travel
