Job summary

Yunex Traffic is hiring a Contract Engineer/Project Delivery Engineer to lead a team and ensure safe, efficient local installations and maintenance operations. You will manage performance, drive efficiency, coordinate delivery, and maintain subcontractor quality on-site, while coaching staff in safety and technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a team leader, supervisory or management environment.
• Experience in a service, construction, highway or traffic signal related industry.
• Health and safety management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing your team in alignment with Yunex Traffic's management standards.
• Overseeing contractual performance to exceed expectations.
• Driving operational efficiency and resource optimization.
• Client communication.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee installation and maintenance delivery.
• Maintain quality control over subcontractors on-site.
• Coach staff for safety and technical proficiency.
