What you’ll be doing
  • Ensure all contract data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Manage shared inboxes efficiently and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Investigate, manage, and present opportunities to secure credits where applicable.
  • Build, manage, and develop relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate use of the contract management system (OPTIMiSe).
  • Respond to report and data requests accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Support Contract Managers in supplier and client meetings as required.
  • Handle client and supplier queries promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update databases (e.g., SRM) with accurate, timely data entry.
  • Prioritise daily activities to meet deadlines and deliver business objectives.
What we’re looking for
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Proven experience within a corporate, fast‑paced administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particular Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience of managing multiple mailboxes and handling a high volume of phone calls.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail when writing and checking documents to minimise errors and maximise quality.
