Overview

Job Title: Contract Data & Correspondence Technician - Highways & Transport

Location: South West London (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Contract Type: Full-time, Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Manage correspondence including the "street space inbox," member inquiries, and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
• Analyse free-text comments from "Let''s Talk," TMO responses, and other data sources to support decision-making.
• Support project work by assisting with report preparation and using the internal project management system.
