Job summary

A staffing solutions provider in the UK is seeking an experienced contract manager for a temporary role focused on overseeing the contract lifecycle. The position involves reviewing and negotiating contracts while ensuring compliance with policies in a collaborative environment. Qualifications

Hybrid Onsite Schedule: Hybrid 4 days onsite to start Monday - Thursday. Friday may work from home.

Purpose

Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical judgment and strong collaboration.

Employment

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system.
  • Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as needed.
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulations.
  • Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization.
Qualifications
  • BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement, contracting, finance).
  • Experience with contract management/vender management programs required; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
