Interim Asset Investment Manager (6-Month Contract) - Competitive Day Rate - Immediate Start Based in Northamptonshire

We are seeking an experienced Asset Investment Manager to support the delivery of a major asset investment programme on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make an immediate impact in housing and asset management.

The Role

• Oversee the delivery of planned investment and compliance programmes.
• Lead and support a team of surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high customer service standards.
• Manage contractors, budgets, and performance, ensuring value for money and compliance.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and operational performance.
