Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a Contract Angular Developer (with Java experience) for an initial 6-month engagement. The role is to be performed with two days per week onsite at Stratford, London, aligning with agile delivery and modern frontend development.

The successful candidate will have strong TypeScript/Angular skills, some Java experience, and familiarity with AI tools to boost productivity. You will contribute to architecture, DevOps, performance, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript and Angular, Java is a plus.
• Experience with agile methodologies and modern frontend practices.
• Ability to implement architecture, DevOps, performance or security considerations.
• Familiar with TDD, SOLID, XP and robust documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend features using Angular and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Support CI/CD deployments and performance optimization.
• Occasionally attend client sites as required in Stratford, London.
