As we embark on an exciting phase of developing new services, entering new markets, and experiencing rapid expansion, you will be instrumental in building and driving our approach to framework management.

What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate optimally with the contracts and supplier relationship management team, encouraging a culture of collaboration and cooperation.
  • Support ongoing improvement efforts to improve contract and management of suppliers, encouraging better processes and results.
  • End-to-end project delivery, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and standard methodologies.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of procurement data.
  • Provide support to colleagues across the team and wider Procurement Solutions team, offering assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure collaborative working.
What you will bring:
  • Experience of working within the public sector would be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to facilitate clear and open communication channels both within the team and with collaborators to make sure mutual understanding and transparency.
  • Leading projects in a procurement setting.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, adept at handling large data sets and displaying dashboards in suitable format for diverse audiences.
  • Maintains high quality, flexible and responsive service delivery standards.
  • Level 4 Cips or willing to work towards.
  • Previous exposure to the NHS and understanding of regulations including PA23, PCR2015, and PSR would be highly beneficial.

Location: Nationwide with an expectation to attend the Salford office once a month

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum
