EDF is seeking a Contract and Commercial Manager to work with Framatome on the Hinkley Point C project in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on commercial development, contract governance, and negotiation with the client, ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications include a mandatory bachelor’s degree with a master’s preferred in Legal, Engineering or Business School disciplines; English proficiency is essential, with French a plus.

• Perform in-depth analysis of contractual requirements to advise on contractual risk and opportunities.
• Draft or support drafting of contractual communications toward Clients or stakeholders
• Definition and follow-up of contractual requirements through compliance matrix and Contract management tools

Opportunity for a Contract and Commercial Manager working with Framatome on the Hinkley Point C Project,

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain Commercial development.

• Perform in-depth analysis of contractual requirements to advise organization about contractual risk and opportunities. (Contract Clarification Sheet)
• Draft or support the drafting of contractual communications toward Clients or any other stakeholders
• Definition and follow-up of contractual requirements through compliance matrix and by use of Contract management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Master's degree is desirable Legal, Engineering or Business School Degree is also desirable

Experience

• Experience in large infrastructure projects, such as for Oil & Gas, transport, automotive, energy sectors in engineering, supply chain, or contract & commercial management roles.
• Experience in complex negotiation and high value contract management involving NEC or FIDIC processes.
• Language skills: High level of English (essential), French (desirable) Computer literate: good experience with standard Microsoft package

• Salary £60k-£71k DoE
