Qualifications

  • Experience with company-specific CRM’s or Database systems.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and processes to support contract management activity.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of contract management activity.
  • Assist in the monitoring of contract KPIs.
  • Support with data capture and ensure reports are submitted on time.
  • Minute taking in contract management meetings.

Contract Administration Support Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: OCO GLOBAL LTDAs an integral part of our team, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and maintain accurate records across projects. Your responsibilities will include managing and updating client and project information in secure systems and spreadsheets, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and responding to stakeholder queries promptly and professionally. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel), ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and confidentially. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working with sensitive information, contributing to the team’s commitment to efficiency and high-quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and processes to support contract management activity.
  • Maintain up to date records of contract management activity.
  • Assist in the monitoring of contract KPIs.
  • Support with data capture and ensure reports such as expenses are submitted on time and in correct format.
  • Minute taking in contract management meetings including drafting and chasing responses to minutes following the meeting.
