Job summary

St Ewe Free Range Eggs Ltd, based in Cornwall, is seeking a Head of Operational Excellence and Projects to lead the delivery of strategic business projects from initiation to benefit realisation.

You will blend hands-on project management with growing continuous improvement capability, coordinating across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, with a clear path to senior leadership as the function matures. This office-based role supports a fast-growing SME and our values.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with ability to plan, run, and deliver multiple projects on time, budget, and quality.
• Experience embedding continuous improvement/lean practices (e.g. 5S, root-cause analysis).
• Excellent communication across levels from shop floor to Board.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise a changing workload.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects end-to-end, delivering to time, budget and quality.
• Act as a reliable extension of the PDO, handling delegated work with minimal guidance.
• Maintain project trackers, risks and dependencies, flag issues early.
