Job summary

Warrens is seeking a Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead site projects, support operational excellence, and drive business performance improvements. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee improvement initiatives as the site PMO and influence stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

The role suits someone with a background in Project Management, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement, who can embed changes and coach teams on CI tools across the site.

Qualifications

  • Aware of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
  • Some knowledge of IT systems (M-Type, SCE, TMS, Info view).
  • Data analysis & solution design.
  • MS proficiency (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, BI).
  • Experience of working closely with operations and developing effective working relationships.
  • Experience of implementing change in a challenging environment.
  • Experience of working in a project environment and of improvement activity.

  • Identify and deliver improvement opportunities across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and People.
  • Lead smaller-scale projects from planning through to implementation.
  • Facilitate change initiatives, process mapping, problem-solving workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and report on project benefits and site improvement activity.
  • Coach and support colleagues on Continuous Improvement tools and ways of working.
  • Ensure new processes and improvements are embedded and sustained.
  • Support system and operational change projects across the site.
  • Work closely with site leaders, regional CI teams, and project stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering change and driving operational improvements? We're looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Practitioner to join our team and play a key role in delivering site projects, supporting operational excellence, and improving business performance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll act as the site PMO, overseeing improvement projects, tracking benefits, and ensuring change initiatives are successfully delivered. This role would suit someone from a Project Management, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement background who enjoys influencing stakeholders and delivering measurable results.
