Are you a passionate Continuous Improvement professional (seasoned or still progressing your career), ready to take on a key role within a global leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector? Our client is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join their UK & Ireland team to drive significant, measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll have the opportunity to directly influence a dynamic business and collaborate with a global network of continuous improvement professionals. Our client has a strong commitment to Continuous Improvement (CI) with a high level of global sponsorship, ensuring you have the support and resources to succeed.
As a vital part of the operational excellence team, you will work with operational teams to identify and execute improvement projects. You will also deploy and embed proven continuous improvement (CI) techniques from a well-established global operational excellence program. Your role will be to challenge and engage people across all levels to drive improvements.
We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in an operations environment, such as manufacturing, engineering or logistics, with a proven track record in a dedicated continuous improvement role. You don’t need a background in FMCG to succeed here, as we are more interested in your expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma.
If you are a driven individual with a passion for continuous improvement and a desire to make a significant impact in a global organisation, we want to hear from you.
