Qualifications

  • Experience in the duties of management of repair services.
  • Knowledge of repairs maintenance in social housing.
  • Ability to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of responsive repair service.
  • Monitor and control repair work for quality and compliance.
  • Drive contract performance to meet customer satisfaction and minimize penalties.
  • Coordinate emergency repairs and out-of-hours response plans.
  • Facilitate workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
