A prominent service provider is seeking a Repairs & Continuous Improvement Manager in Caerphilly. Repairs & Continuous Improvement Manager

Contract Type : Full-Time Fixed-Term Contract. 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
Salary : Up to 40537.99 per annum plus car allowance
As a Continuous Improvement Manager within our Caerphilly branch you will be responsible for day-to-day management and delivery of our responsive repair service in one of the following areas Cardiff West (Cardiff outskirts Bridgend Swansea and sporadic properties throughout stock) Cardiff East (Cardiff city) Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent. Responsible for meeting all Key Performance indicators and delivery of innovation and continuous improvement within the areas of responsibility. There is a responsibility for operatives and subcontractors.
