Are you ready to be part of the most significant opportunity unfolding right at your doorstep? Why us? We will be the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry. SeAH Wind is at the forefront of heavy engineering and large-scale manufacturing for the offshore wind industry. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help drive operational excellence and innovation across our advanced manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

In this hands‑on role, you will support the development, implementation, and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within a complex, high‑performance engineering environment. You’ll play a key role in analysing production data, monitoring KPIs, and identifying opportunities for process optimisation across heavy manufacturing operations. By leading root‑cause analysis and implementing practical solutions, you’ll ensure improvements are both measurable and sustainable. You’ll also help embed a culture of continuous improvement through training, coaching, and active engagement with teams at all levels.

Qualifications

You have a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline, with experience working in a heavy engineering or industrial environment. You understand Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and TPM, and can apply them effectively on the shop floor. A background in Six Sigma, data analysis, and process optimisation is highly desirable. You’re analytical, methodical, and confident working with data‑driven insights using tools such as Power BI, Minitab, or Excel. You’re proactive, results‑driven, and passionate about continuous improvement, able to influence others, challenge the status quo, and deliver meaningful change in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Benefits

In return, we can offer an attractive base salary, 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, a 5% employer pension contribution, Private Medical Insurance, and Medicash.
