We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer based in our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility

What you’ll do
  • Lead and deliver safe, efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.

  • Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours.

  • Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency.

You’ll have the following skills and experience
  • BSc. in Engineering discipline, manufacturing, or related field

  • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong problem-solving and planning skills combined with a positive, effective team player attitude.

  • Flexible and proactive, willing to take on additional responsibilities to meet demanding production schedules.

  • Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets company policies, procedures, and high-quality standards.
