A global leader in energy solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer at their facility in Dumbarton. The role involves leading safe production practices, analyzing processes to reduce waste, and driving process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant BSc. and possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

We’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer based in our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility

Lead and deliver safe, efficient production assembly methods while fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours.
Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency.
BSc. in Engineering discipline, manufacturing, or related field
Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and planning skills combined with a positive, effective team player attitude.
Flexible and proactive, willing to take on additional responsibilities to meet demanding production schedules.
Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets company policies, procedures, and high-quality standards.
