Safran Seats in Wales seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support industrial areas and customers in operational excellence. You will champion Lean and Six Sigma methods, lead CI projects and promote standardisation across the site within a global aerospace group.
You will plan, coordinate and monitor CI initiatives, ensure governance and deliver reliable results, while focusing on sustainability and continuous learning through Safran University and development programs.
