As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst to help drive operational excellence and innovation across our advanced manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support Lean and Six Sigma projects that drive measurable gains in productivity, quality, and efficiency.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to turn data insights into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), carry out root‑cause analysis, and prepare reports that highlight trends and opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Support the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen to reduce waste, improve workflow, and strengthen operational control.
  • Ensure decisions are data‑driven and outcomes are sustainable.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in process improvement and industrial operations.
  • Experience handling large datasets, performing trend analysis, and using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Minitab, or Excel.
  • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma principles is an advantage.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights that support decision‑making and long‑term improvement.
  • Motivated to make a measurable impact in a fast‑paced, innovative, and technically demanding industry.
