By joining DJH we’ll be with you at every step, as you grow and develop and build a fantastic career. Together, we’ll achieve great things.

Let's talk about the role...

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst you’ll be working alongside our Continuous Improvement Manager to focus on improving our process efficiency, enhancing technology adoption, delivering CCH training and refresher courses, maintaining data quality and supporting with migrations.

It’s a great opportunity for someone that’s local to any of our current offices with a real passion for technology, wanting to work at group wide level. You’ll:

  • Work with our Continuous Improvement Manager to deliver service improvement activity and training across the Group.
  • Monitor and regularly review our processes to ensure they are fit for purpose, exploiting the use of technology (CCH).
  • Help to standardise the approach of how we use CCH, data and reporting throughout all of our offices.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the group’s technology strategy and the intricate detail of how CCH is used.
  • Assist in CCH migrations for newly acquired firms joining the Group.
  • Act as liaison for both the team and newly acquired firms who need guidance, or have queries with migration-related challenges.
  • Promote adoption of new and existing technology and act as first point of contact for end users, proving guidance and resolving queries relating to technology tools.
  • Monitor usage metrics to identify adoption gaps and create strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure technology and process changes are communicated efficiently and effectively throughout the Group.
  • Deliver training sessions for the team on CCH and other applications within the DJH Tech Stack to ensure best practice processes are being followed.
  • Develop, tailor and maintain training materials, such as guides, videos, and FAQs.
  • Gather feedback from training sessions to improve content and find out the best delivery-style methods to suit all levels of experience.
  • Support with data cleansing and validation activities to ensure our systems remain accurate.
  • Implement quality checks and audits to identify any discrepancies in our data and recommend ways to correct this.
Let's talk about you and your skills...

Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll:

  • Have worked in a similar role before.
  • Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH or another popular accountancy software desirable.
  • Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
  • Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator so you can build strong relationships.
  • Be a problem solver, and have the ability to successfully work on your own.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and the confidence to deliver large scale internal training.
  • Be happy to travel to offices within the Group as and when needed.
