Job description

The Continental Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of European and Western-style dishes, such as pastas, grilled meats, sautéed vegetables, baked items, and sauces. The cook must maintain proper food quality, hygiene, and consistency under the direction of the Continental Chef or Sous Chef. Prepare dishes such as steaks, pasta, risotto, soups, sauces, roasted vegetables, sandwiches, salads, and more. Follow standard recipes and instructions for consistent flavor and portioning. Assist with grilling, sautéing, baking, and cold food preparation as needed.
