The successful candidate will manage a caseload of children requiring continence assessment, provide specialized care and advice, and collaborate closely with families and professionals within various settings. The post holder will work as a member of the Children's Continence Team, managing a caseload of children and young people in the community who require continence assessment, advice, and care. This includes home visits, clinics, and working closely with families, schools, and other professionals. The post holder will provide specialist advice, education, and support to children, families, and other health and social care professionals, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Additional responsibilities include working with the Paediatric Specialist Nurse-Continence in the provision of continence products and management of enuresis alarms, supporting effective discharge planning, and transitional planning to adult services.
