Job summary

G2 Legal in Sheffield is seeking a Solicitor (NQ–4 PQE) with experience in Contentious Probate, Litigation or Private Client to specialise in one of private client law's fastest-growing areas.

You will manage your own caseload with supervision while supporting senior colleagues on high-value disputes. The role offers hybrid working, exposure to complex trusts and estates, and clear opportunities for progression within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with up to four years' PQE in contentious probate, litigation or private client work.
• Experience handling contentious trusts and estates is a plus.
• Excellent communication and proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of contentious probate matters with supervision.
• Assist senior colleagues on more complex disputes and cases.
• Collaborate with Head of Department on growth, networking and BD initiatives.
• Contribute to career development and mentoring within the team.
