• STEP or ACTAPS accreditation is advantageous.

Our client is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their law firm in London.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a recognised Partner and Head of Contentious Private Client on a diverse caseload of complex, high-value disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Contested wills and probate disputes
• Executor and trustee removal claims
• Inheritance Act claims
• Contentious trust matters

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• Strong experience within contentious trusts, estates, or probate
• STEP or ACTAPS accreditation is advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and personable approach
• Ability to manage complex, sensitive cases and build long-term client relationships
• Ambition to specialise exclusively in contentious probate work
