Construction Litigation Partner – Remote – Up to £200,000 salary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading construction litigation practices. Part of a Top 50 UK law firm, this award-winning team is one of the largest contentious construction practices and highly ranked in the UK.

The firm acts for major contractors, developers, funders, and consultants on complex UK and international disputes in construction, engineering, and energy. The team is led by a partner recognized in Chambers UK and the Legal 500, with expertise in litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.

The firm is seeking experienced Construction Litigation Partners for a fully remote role, offering opportunities to shape the practice's future.

You will advise on challenging disputes across infrastructure, energy, and commercial projects and contribute to the growth of the practice, working closely with colleagues nationwide. Support includes administrative, marketing, and paralegal assistance, with a clear path to equity partnership.

The Candidate

• Construction Litigation Partner, preferably with a portable client following
• Strong arbitration and dispute resolution experience
