Construction Litigation Partner – Remote – Up to £200,000 salary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading construction litigation practices. Part of a Top 50 UK law firm, this award-winning team is one of the largest contentious construction practices and highly ranked.

The firm acts for major contractors, developers, funders, and consultants on complex UK and international construction, engineering, and energy disputes. The team is led by a highly regarded partner recognized in Chambers UK and the Legal 500, including experts in litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and mediation.

The firm is seeking experienced Construction Litigation Partners to join on a fully remote basis as part of its UK growth strategy. Opportunities include shaping the practice's future direction.

You’ll advise on technically challenging disputes across infrastructure, energy, and commercial projects, and contribute to practice growth, working with colleagues nationwide. The firm offers administrative, marketing, paralegal support, and a clear pathway to equity partnership.

The Candidate

• Construction Litigation Partner, preferably with a portable client following
• Strong experience and interest in arbitration and alternative dispute resolution
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development and regional profile growth
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Experience with major standard-form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
